Meet Paige Jenkins
Paige Jenkins is an accomplished and driven student whose time at Reach Cyber Charter School reflects her strong commitment to both academic excellence and personal growth. After completing elementary school during the pandemic, she discovered a deep appreciation for virtual learning, valuing its flexibility and the opportunity to pursue interests beyond the classroom. For the past five years, Reach Cyber has provided the ideal environment for her to thrive.
Throughout high school, Paige has been deeply involved in student leadership, serving in different officer roles across several clubs. A member of the National Honor Society since 7th grade, she acted as Historian during the 2025–2026 school year. She has held officer positions in Reach's Book Club, Book Buddies, Aevidum, Gender and Sexuality Alliance (GSA), Reach's mental health and suicide prevention club, and Reach for Success. A highlight to Paige's leadership is her founding Reach Cyber's Math Club in her junior year, which she continues to lead and expand. The Math Club explores advanced topics beyond the standard curriculum, from topology to artificial intelligence. She has fostered an inclusive and engaging environment for students of all skill levels, and in 2025, she represented the club at Philadelphia's Pi Day event and later coordinated Math Club participation in similar events across Pennsylvania.

Paige's academic achievements include earning Distinguished Honor Roll every year and ranking in the top 5% of her class. She recently led Aevidum in participating in the 2026 Prevent Suicide PA Poster Contest, where the team won first place in public voting and an honorable mention overall. Her accomplishments also include selection for the University of Pennsylvania's Rising Scholar Success Academy alumni panel, serving as an ambassador for PFEW and Project Glimmer, and receiving the prestigious Villanova Presidential Scholarship for her continued education after graduation.
Beyond school, Paige has pursued career exploration through job shadowing at Adventure Aquarium and Ivy Rehab. She attended the UPenn Rising Scholar Success Academy, where she researched United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and presented a capstone project on reducing CO₂ emissions. And just last summer, Paige participated in two intensive programs: the Carleton Liberal Arts Experience (CLAE) at Carleton College and the Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Week (PFEW). The CLAE is a one-week program that introduced her to rigorous, college-level coursework with a focus on African American history and culture, while the PFEW, a program centered on the American free enterprise system, helped her become a student ambassador, where she shared her experience and helped promote the program to other students.
Thinking about the future, after graduation, Paige will attend Villanova University as a Presidential Scholarship recipient and a member of their Honors Program. She plans to major in Mathematics with minors in Gender & Women's Studies, Philosophy, and Disability & Deaf Studies, with the goal of earning a PhD and becoming a mathematics professor. Paige credits her success to the support of her parents, her club advisors, and her teachers, especially Mrs. McDermott, for encouraging her passion for learning and leadership.
