This honor comes from Best Companies Group, which conducts a comprehensive, research-based program evaluating company policies, programs, and benefits alongside employee feedback. The results are based on a two-part survey: 25% of the employer and 75% of employees. This balanced approach helps identify a company's strengths and areas for growth. Since 2000, this annual program has celebrated the commitment of Pennsylvania employers and employees, setting a benchmark for workplace excellence.
Reach Cyber prioritizes curiosity, growth, and connection, and our staff exemplifies these values every day. This recognition would not be possible without their dedication and passion. Two outstanding examples are Christine Grullon and Samantha Fitzpatrick, two of our committed school social workers. Extensive backgrounds in both education and social work, they have brought their knowledge and heart to Reach Cyber and have not looked back.
Christine Grullon joined Reach in August 2019 and has over 20 years of experience in the field. She provides both individual and group counseling to support students' mental health and emotional well-being, while also connecting families with vital community resources. Christine values the deep relationships she has built with students and families across the state. Christine notes that Reach is more than just a school; it is a true community, and she is deeply grateful to be a part of it.
Samantha Fitzpatrick has been with Reach since August 2021 and has 16 years of experience in social work. She serves as a Social Worker, a vital bridge between school, home, and the community. Her role centers on listening, educating, supporting, and advocating for students and their families, helping them achieve their goals. Samantha appreciates the flexibility Reach provides, not only for her as an employee, but also for the students and families we serve. She believes our individualized support meets students where they are, and she finds it deeply rewarding to be part of their journeys.
